     Ruslana Melinicenco is the founder of TCMEB Private Knowledge esthetician and personal development course and also one of the master trainers working as the trainer of the institution.

     He started his professional career, from 2001 to 2011 in Istanbul, from 2011 to the present.  continues in Antalya until today.     

​

     By opening its doors to innovations in this ever-developing and advancing sector, it opened a training and application center by directing business life with prosthetic nails, silk eyelashes and permanent nail polish applications, which spread much later in Turkey, and became a brand in the sector at a great pace, making its name known to the Ministry of National Education, which it has today. It trains new experts in the sector every day with its affiliated esthetician course.  

     In addition to teaching the students in their education, they also provide job coaching, sharing their professional experiences with their students and aiming to develop their visions so that they are one step ahead in the sector.
